- Superhosts have completed 10+ stays in the past year or 100+ nights (over a minimum of 3 stays). Guests feel confident staying with an experienced host.
- Superhosts rarely cancel: their cancelation rate is less than 1% of the time (excluding extenuating circumstances). This means 0 cancellations for Hosts with < 100 reservations per year. Rare cancellations mean peace of mind for guests.
- Superhosts respond to 90% of new messages within 24 hours. When guests ask a question, they know to expect a quick response.
